hooks after a branch merging

Hi Alexander, first of all let me thank you for this great plugin! I'm using it on several projects, thanks to the implementations you did on ISSUE-13.

I noticed that the hooks are not triggered after a branch merging: is it the correct behaviour? I was wondering if a hook should be triggered for example when I merge a feature into master.

    Hi Matteo, thanks for your enhancement request. Currently, the plugin only runs when something gets pushed. I would have to change it to listen to other events as well. I'm not sure when I will have some time... Cheers, Alex
