i just follow up you how to on overview.

in my Atlassian Stash v2.11.4 it's not work/not triggering, after i push commit on the server.

v2.11.4? are you serious? that's really old! (25 February 2014)

Anyway... have you turned on debug logging? What's in the logs? Please try to also trigger a dummy webendpoint just to check if something is happending (e.g. use netcat to listen to a port and let the plugin connect to this "server")
