Add Restriction on commit type

I use the plugin to trigger my Jenkins Pipeline using Git Plugin

Now I have the problem, that the hook also sends a notification every time I delete a branch (with commit id 0000000000000000000000000000000000000000).

It would be nice to introduce a Restriction on the Commit Type. So that the hook gets called e.g. only for ADD and UPDATE.
