Filter User based on Negative

There is no way to filter based on a user not being the user. Let's say we want it to build anytime the user is not "admin".

I have tested out different forms of regex for this and non seem to work.

I feel the same way. I can’t seem to find any working examples of anything useful with the filters…would be great to add that. instead i am reviewing the source code.
