Do not trigger when tags are pushed (or have the ability to disable this)

Our pipelines add new tags to the repository which in return triggers new commits. This results in an endless commit - hook - build loop.

sorry for taking so long... I finally got to working on the plugin:

I uploaded the plugin into the download section. I will run some more tests during the next week and will release it afterwards. If you feel like it, you can download it and have a try.
