Production Issue with Plugin- its not getting enabled

Hello Team,

We have recently upgraded the Bitbucket Version to 6.10.0 , we realized this plugin is in disabled mode, while trying to enabled it we are facing issue that its not getting enabled. Attached the Screen of the error for your reference.
