Cannot Sign in Through steam

IN the launcher if you attempt to sign in through steam on the COMMUNITY tab, then the scrollbars will dissapear and a portion of the website will be hidden.

This should be much much better in 2.0 although some issues may still persist due to so many hardware/driver related issues with the in game browser.

This also occurs on the tracker section at times.
Seems to set the resolution incorrectly
