STN Stress Launcher Stuck on Main Monitor

The STN Stress Launcher (Stn_Stress_Test.exe) is restricted to your main monitor only. If you have multiple monitors you can not drag it to any of the other monitors.

I am not having any problems doing this

I have 3 monitors, 2 are running on my R9 270X and one is on my onboard Intel driver.

I can drag the launcher and game across all monitors.
