When second click on Issue Tracker in mnu, site dont go back to the firs link maing page.

This is now fixed. It was actually meant to be like that but without a back button (Now implemented) it would mean hitting the refresh button which is kinda miss leading since generally a "reload" would be of the page you're on. Pages now refresh one top tab click.

That may be how it's indented to work, however I'm not sure.
If you look in the upper right corner of the Issue Tracker menu you'll see a circular reload window. Clicking on that will take you back to the main page.
