Former user created an issue 2015-07-26

I have 64bit launcher and a 64bit Window 8.1 OS each time I run it it downloads two 2 files they says the " Launcher has failed. Do you want ro repair? yes , no , or Redownload. " and I did all of them many times and even with admin permissions too
