'Options' text appears to go outside the gray box on video settings

The 'Options' text across the bottom of the video settings menu appears to leave the gray box, it does not do this on any other menus. Running at a resolution of 3840x2160, not tried other resolutions.

Issue is related to the resolution. Any resolution about or below 1080p moved the 'Options' text and the words for the presets.

This only happens on the video settings menu, other menus are fine.

Not sure if this if this should be part of this bug or a separate one but the 'Options' text doesn't appear at all in this version. Were it was previously is now just a blank space.
