Offset Text Cursor & Text Selection Highlights in Registration & Login Menus

I noticed that text cursor is offset from the text box & user input text. Additionally, when selecting text via clicking & dragging, the text selection highlights are also offset. By offset, I mean the text cursor & highlight are set lower than the text boxes, and subsequently the text itself.

The registration and login menus are very much functional (for me at least, I had no issues).

The first image uploaded shows the text selection highlight is not centered (vertically) in the text box. In the 2nd image you can see the text cursor is not centered (vertically) in the text box.
