Graphical bug related to text fields on Login

There seems to be a graphical bug on the Login screen related the text fields, the text you type appears to be higher than it should be.

(hard to explain, sorry - I assume this is a menu glitch, but there is no bug type for 'Menu Glitch - Login or something.)
