Can gray out menu text by click-dragging on menu tabs

Can gray out menu text by holding left click and dragging down on any menu tab text. (See GIF)

Steps to reproduce: 1. Click on any menu. 2. Click and hold left click on another menu then drag down 3. When you release it will gray out the text as if you have clicked on it.
