Registration Issue

After updating the patcher I click play which brings me to a screen which shows just a bridge and I can hear music, all I can do is mute and unmute the music, there was no chance to register before hand.

Completely disabled firewall and was able to register, re-enabled firewall and I go back to the same issue. It's allowed through firewall and anti-virus, plus always running in admin mode. Using AVG 2015
