Moving the launcher window

On a 3 monitor setup, I can only move the launcher between 2 of my monitors (my primary and my right monitor). This is not a big issue but thought you should be aware. If needed i will make a video for reference.

In 2 monitor mode launcher open in main screen and cant be moved to second screen
