Game freeze jumping on couch Stresstest v1.0.3

I'd just spawned in near the beach and entered the first building. The first room had a chest in it and kitchen furniture. The back room had a fireplace, shelving unit and couch. I was trying to jump out of the window. I seemed to jump on to the sill. Turning right I jumped in to the room above the couch, ending up below the ceiling, and the game froze.

NOTE - I am having problems with my mouse where a single click is often registering as a double click - this is a hardware issue and not related to the stress test software.
