i opened a chest upstairs in a house and everything froze

I have experienced the same, the screen freezes and I can hear audio, I cannot use chat and the only way to rectify is close the game and reopen. This has happened in Linux server 3 and 1, and windows us 1. The screen also froze up shortly after displaying "connecting to server"
