Chat Background Popup

I've been getting this strange chat background popup. I can't exactly pinpoint what causes it, it seems to be random. However once it does appear, moving the mouse slightly in any direction makes it disappear. Moving the mouse back to the location it first appeared makes it reappear.

Still occurring in 1.0.4. That background will just randomly appear.

I also experienced this issue. I will try to video this and merge issues.
