Walking Through Random Solid Objects

There are a number of random objects I've encountered that I can walk through. An outside clothes hanger for drying clothes, a pole for a clothes line, and a windmill.

You will see in the video, I'm able to walk through one of the poles but not the other. Also I can jump through the upper structure of the clothes hanger
