Tinder Partially Inside Cabin Floor

Found some tinder that is partially inside the cabin floor. This is one of the cabins just outside of town (kind of U shaped cabin). I was able to pick it up.

I also found this pile of tinder almost completely under the floor in another building (unfortunately I can't recall what building this was, it was one of the cabins outside of town). I was able to eventually pick it up.
