Can Open Campfire Through Roof

There is a campfire on top of a 3-story building near the church & graveyard in town that you can interact with from the floor below it (through the roof). You can open the campfire's inventory as well as light it and put it out from underneath.
Also some of the fire effects pass through the roof.

Also, able to interact w/ chest thru walls, I believe to be all part of the same issue.
