Bouncing off some ground details

So far only had it occure on one type of detail, in the town a little down from the grave yard / church there is a tree with a small pile of wood/crud next to it. Running over this pile (Run, not walk) slings you in to the air to nearly the height of the tree it's next to.
Have also had minor bouncing on other terrain details of a similar nature.

On looking at the area, it appears to be some rocks BEFORE the wood pile causing it. Running at them from street side causes the issue each time.
