David Slater created an issue 2015-08-09

Running on Low video preset, changed to Ultra, and the flashing light effect in the video began, then changed to High, then Medium Settings but lighting effect still occurred. Changed to Low and the lighting effect stopped.

Will attempt to recreate bug/effect soon.

This was on US Linux Server 1

This is a known shader issue. Going to look into fixing it for sure. The temporary solution is to change your settings and then restart the game. Sorry for the inconvenience and thank you for submitting this. Definitely needs addressing.
