Flashlight can fell trees.

When using a flashlight on the designated areas on trees, it allows them to be cut down, seemingly at a faster rate than a normal axe.

    Changed this so that it's still possible to chop a tree with a flashlight although it will be 30% harder than doing it with any kind of axe which probably makes it impossible.
