Flashlight Clicking Sound When Pressing Enter Key to Chat

When I have a flashlight equipped and press enter to chat, I hear the flashlight clicking sound. See attached video.

    This isn't a bug, your flashlight is being turned off for you so that it doesn't use battery while you're chatting :)

    When you close your chat the flashlight should come out and turn on automatically.
