Missing Cabinet Collider

An upper cabinet is missing the bottom collider. I'm able to crouch under it and stand up through it. Front collider seems fine. Sorry for the terrible video quality, testing new recording software (needs tweaking!). The cabinets are in the building directly in front of the grocery store.
