Woodstove does not work

At the radio tower, one of the woodstove has no kindling/slot, can't be lighted

    This seems to happen randomly. I was recording some video for some wood burning stove chimney locations in the 3-story building next to the church. At the time, all three stoves were working. I logged out and back in, and the stove on the 2nd floor was missing the fire wood slot (even though it was there previously before logging out & back in).

    This should be fixed in 2.0 however will need testing as a I simply cannot replicate it after making some changes here.
