Crouching bug in buildings

There is a crouching bug in two buildings in the town where when you crouch, you can't uncrouch with the crouch key whilst in the building. The only way to uncrouch is to jump.

Happens only on the bottom floors.
Problem still happens whenever you crouch outside the building and then walk in.
Jumping only resets you to standing position, if you crouch, you're stuck again.
Can uncrouch if you walk out the building or walk onto the stairs and use the crouch key.

(Confirmed to be these only two buildings and other players are experiencing the same issue with these two buildings.)
