Download of Game Files via Launcher Failing

Hi,

Windows 7 Ultimate Alienware MX 17 R2 Wired Internet Cable

Downloaded Launcher Moved to Folder Ran Launcher eventually stops "Patcher Has Failed"

Repair: Runs for a while same message Re-Download same result

Run Launcher as Admin. same result as above

select all folders and remove any read-only attributes Run Launcher as Admin same results

Been attempting since 17:30 EDT will continue checking until i go to sleep

Repeatedly pressing repair allowed me to complete download at 20:30 EDT, i was able to login with old account successfully
