Logging at bed spawns you falling through world

logging off at -660 32 -266 and then respawning caused me to spawn falling through the world - will retest if I get a chance to make it back without running into another bug I can test (or another player O_o )

Additionally this seems to be the only bed I have found that gives you the option of logging off.

Also had this this morning on Dallas 1 one server - restarting again put me on the building roof.

similarly, on several severs, using a log out machine on the 2nd/ 3rd floor of a building i logged back in and found my self on the ground floor of the same building
