EVGA precisionX 16 monitor overlay displaying.

I have EVGA PrecisionX 16 v5.3.6 installed and it is displaying the monitor overlay in the menus.

GPU clock Memory clock GPU temperature Memory usage Framerate

All displaying in the top left. Unable to attach a DXdiag.

Windows 8.1pro fully updated Asus Maximus Hero VII I7 4770K oc 4.2 Gigabyte GTX780 8gb corsair ram

Thats probably because it is detecting the menu as a full 3d application much like when you are running any other game like battlefield etc. I'm not sure what the problem with this is? Just disable the overlay on the evga software. Not a game issue I dont think.
