use working sample for bblayers.conf

In https://a4z.bitbucket.io/docs/BitBake/guide.html#_the_smallest_possible_project 4.2.1, the build/conf/bblayers.conf is provided, it will be better to set

 BBLAYERS = "${TOPDIR}/../meta-tutorial"

Instead of path/to/, so it can be used directly
