Command to create BitBake documentation doesn't work?

Issue #24 invalid
Former user created an issue

From bitbake-$version/doc directory, I type following command:

make html DOC=bitbake-user-manual

but bitbake user manual wasn't created.

Please see attached.

    without seeing the output of the make command it is impossible to help,

    please check that you have the dependencies installed, like xsltproc
