adopt to yocto 3.1

Harald Achitz repo owner created an issue

yocto 3.1 is a LTS version, it makes therefore sense to update the tutorial to a bitbake version that is shipped with yocto 3.1

    It seems that when I checkout the yocto-3.1 tagged version of bitbake, the -vDDD doesn’t produce any debugging output anymore. When going back to yocto-3.0 output is back as ‘usual’.
