Calendar Gadget: First Day of Week Incorrect on ISO 8601 JIRA

The Calendar gadget in ReleaseDog v1.0.3.8 displays Sunday as being the first day of the week.

Monday is the first day of the week when following ISO 8601 (configured in JIRA in Look & Feel Screen).

ReleaseDog should either use the JIRA configuration or allow it to be configured specifically for the plugin.
