Date Pickers Do Not Use JIRA ISO 8601 Configuration

The Date Pickers that are used within ReleaseDog v1.0.3.8 always use Monday as first day of week. They should use Sunday when JIRA "Look and Feel" is configured for:

Use ISO8601 standard in Date Picker = No

This can be seen iwhen creating or editing a release (ReleaseDogCreateRelease.jspa)

This is not the same issue as Issue #30 - that only pertains to the gadget display.
