Confluence Calendar for Confluence 4.x

Overview

This repo contains changes to allow the Confluence Calendar plugin (latest release 2.7.2.1) to work with Confluence 4.

Limited testing

I have done limited testing of these changes --- and only with Confluence 4.2.1. The plugin appears to be working fine for our team, both managers and devs alike. There may, however, be features that are unsupported. If you find any feel free to fork/patch!
