The latest ffmpeg has libavformat 55.12.100 which acoustid-fingerprinter doesn't seem very happy to build against; see paste at https://pastee.org/vqddb

It should compile now with pull request #4.

This may be mitigated by issue #3 (fpcalc works fine on my machines). The compile errors are still there with pull request #3.
