Support AC-3 audio

It would be nice if fpcalc could generate fingerprints for raw AC-3 audio. Currently it is necessary to convert them to wav and scan that.

Does your system use libav or ffmpeg? AFAICT, chromaprint with ffmpeg works fine on an ac3 file. If you're using libav, my pull request #2 works for me (gets the same fingerprint output as chromaprint compiled with ffmpeg).

EDIT: Oops, resample may not even have worked with ffmpeg when you posted this first. Sorry if this comment is not applicable.
