fpcalc cannot be built with static libraries

When building chromaprint 1.1 with static libav libraries, linking fpcalc fails, some symbols are unresolved. This is caused by the order of the libraries when linking, which is important when linking with static libraries. libavresample.a must be before libavutil.a.
