Use libswresample or libavresample instead of the built-in old crappy resampler

I see that the project is using the old resample written by Michael Niedermayer in 2004. Why not use the new libswresample or libavresample library for resampling?

Chromaprint can be also compiled without FFmpeg and then I'd need another resampler. The "crappy" resampler works just fine, it's fast and gives me consistent results no matter where/how is Chromaprint compiled. I don't need a high quality resampler for audio fingerprinting, I need a fast one.
