fpcalc crash on OSX with Chromaprint 1.1

I've had no problem with chromaprint 1.0 but Ive just updated SongKong to use chromaprint 1.1 (fpcalc), this is working okay for me but the next day a user reported a crash on OSX

reporter I didn't get much feedback from customer but I found there was a code path that meant I was running fpcalc against a protected audio (.m4p), this shouldnt cause fpcalc to crash but having fixed my code to filter out m4ps not had the error reported since.
