Video playing sound no video

Dear Aditya Ravi Shankar,

I'm loving your work. However the videos of the mission (both NOD and GDI) are not playing correct for me. Both in Internet Explorer 11 as well as Firefox.

The problem is I hear the sound, but do not see the video. Only a black screen.

Hope you know how to fix this problem for me.

1. What Operating system are you using?

2. Could you try running the game on Chrome as well?

3. Also in FF, could you open the developer console and see if you notice any error messages?

I too have the same issue, but only in Safari. Chrome was working fine. I'm on a Late 2012 Mac mini running OS X 10.10.3 with 4 GB RAM
