Soft-hard collision

According to your soft-hard collision demo, one of the things that still needs work before working on more missions is you should make sure that...

  1. 5 infantry units to a 1x1 grid
  2. 1 vehicle to a grid, with the exception of, say, the Mammoth Tank and the MCV.
  3. ...and to keep the units and vehicles grid dependent like the buildings.

I've verified the problem by highlighting all 18 of the light tanks and ordered them to one specific location, right in the middle of all 18 of them

For missions with bases, it may not seem like a huge problem, i.e. GDI 1, and GDI 2. But for NOD 1, in which you just begin with units, the lack of a unit boundary is an issue. I ran five Minigunners to kill 3 GDI soldiers and I've lost all five of them, for example.

This will definitely be a major issue in the long run, per se. For now, it's relatively minor.

    I used a newer pathfinding algo based on starcraft 2.... While it fixes a lot of older problems, it does bring the occasional new one...

    This isn't going to be an easy fix.... Will push it off until after multiplayer gets released...
