Cannot restore Join

Hi,
What type of contact joins does this application able to restore ? I have contact joins with Facebook, viber, whatsapp, skype, linkedin.
I spent hours to join all my contacts and backup joins through Total Bakup. I tested by separating one of my contacts and running total backup restore.
Result: non of the separated contact joins were restored. The restore doesn't look effective. please advice if I am doing something wrong.

Hi,
Yes the contact I seperated had Linkedin, skype and viber joins. non of the joins were restored.
There is an option in advance settings "Archive restore point" what does it do ?

Archive restore point makes the restore point an archive for easy back and sharing. In this case it will not help you...
Can you tell me what phone/tablet you have and which Android version?

I am using Phone : Motorola Droid Razr Maxx
Android Version 4.1.2 System Version 98.72.165.XT912.Verizon.en.US

Hello again,
Sorry for the delay. I have had a few busier days. Can you try the following? Find a contact for which you have LinkedIn, but not Google. Create a Google contact. Merge those contact starting from the Google one. Backup with Total Backup. Separate those contacts and then restore.

Thanks for your feedback. Only Facebook should not work as they are kept encrypted and such they cannot be read. Can you try a merge with LinkedIn, separate and then restore?
