Save to current dir

The following is a long standing little annoyance in RawTherapee, inherited by Art. Years ago I asked Hombre to change this, but my request never made it.

Open a file and save it. Now change directory, open another file and save it. The save dialog appears with the previous dir instead of the current one. The current dir is displayed on the left in the file list though, but the save dialog should show the current one, imo.
