activation of the spotremoval pointer disables vignetting correction, hopefully restores it at the end of operation

this is by design, spot removal is applied before vignetting correction, so while adding spots you see the image before the correction. When you are done with the spot removal, the correction is reactivated. Hopefully this clarifies
