Activate tool when slider moves

Issue #113 wontfix
Paul Matthijsse created an issue

Sometimes moving sliders in a tool seems to have no effect on the image - until one realizes the tool is still in the off-position. This can easily be overseen when workin with masks, as the toolkit can become quite long (high) and the switch is not in the visible area.

Suggestion: activate the tool as soon as one slider moves.

The downside: it slows you down when you want to do some quick adjustments without visual feedback, and only after the adjustments are done you enable the tool(s) to view the result. I for one would prefer to keep it like it is now. Or make it an optional setting.

I won't change this behaviour, I use this all the time when I want to change multiple sliders without the need of recomputing the preview at each step. You can already select "grey out inactive tools" if you want to avoid to accidentally modify sliders when tools are not active. Adding one more operating mode is overkill imho, sorry.
