Proposal for a new export format.

I suggest you integrate a new export image format. This image format is the WebP format. This is a format that I use on my website.
Can you integrate it in a future release?

this can be easily done with the custom formats plugin architecture. See https://bitbucket.org/agriggio/art/wiki/Customformats

The example on the wiki is for HEIC, but adapting it to webp would be easy

The wiki is self-explanatory although I find it complicated.
For the txt file, it's simple. I created it quickly. What seems complicated to me is the .sh shell script, but with time I should get there.
